Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Our process for determining the price is very straightforward.

We have to look at the location of the house, the condition of the property, the number of repairs that are needed, the cost of those repairs, and the amount that comparable houses nearby have recently sold for.

So we have to look at many things before we can give you an accurate offer. We look at all those criteria before we create your specific offer. We want to create a fair offer for you that will help you solve your real estate problem.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?

Q:  How are you different from a real estate agent?
